2. Return Window
You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To approve any return or exchange, a clear unboxing video is compulsory.
The video must:

Clearly show the shipping label

Show the product condition inside
Without an unboxing video, the return request will be rejected.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchange is allowed only for wrong or defective products.

The replacement will be shipped after the returned item passes inspection.

If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
