How long does delivery take?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong or defective product.
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Is an unboxing video required for returns?
Yes. A clear unboxing video is mandatory to approve any return or exchange request.
Without this, we cannot process the claim.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 8–15 business days.
For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
